“It’s All About Etiquette” is a modern day etiquette and protocol consultancy located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our business is to offer etiquette training in workshops to children, pre-teens and teens.
Program And Course Availability
“It’s All About Etiquette” reserves the right to modify the assortment of their etiquette courses and other programs and sessions including dates, times, availabilities and prices. “It’s All About Etiquette” also reserves the right to inform the consumer about the above modifications.
In the case of prolonged unavailability of a class, “It’s All About Etiquette” will propose to the consumer an equivalent substitute course or the total reimbursement of the original course.
Course Dates and Times
The etiquette and other course schedules are planned in advance and may be communicated on demand via email or telephone. They are also available on “It’s All About Etiquette’s” website. “It’s All About Etiquette” reserves the right to modify the course schedules and places at any time. In case of complete cancellation of a course, paid by the perspective attendee, we commit ourselves to reimbursing the direct course fee for the course, or to rescheduling the course to a later date.
Pricing
Prices are effective at the time of booking by the course participant.
Payment
All course fees must be received before the course starts.

Insurance
“It’s All About Etiquette” maintains Business Liability Insurance.
Each course participant will be regarded as carrying his or her own risk for personal injury or loss of property during the course.
“It’s All About Etiquette” is in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.
Privacy
At It's All About Etiquette we take privacy very seriously. Our website is secured with SSL (secure socket layer) technology to encrypt your personal data. After your information is sent to us from this form, it is printed out for insurance purposes then deleted off the receiving workstation. After the class you've purchased is completed, the physical printout is shredded. The only server that retains any of your information is at Paypal after you make a payment. We do not sell or give your information to anyone for any reason.

Cancellation and Reimbursement Conditions >
“It’s All About Etiquette” Course Cancellation
If a student is unable to attend one or more of the instruction days, during the four week course, no refund will be provided for that absence.
We are committed to our clients and our best efforts are always made to ensure that course programs run as scheduled. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a course at any time. A refund will be issued for the direct course fees paid or, where possible, a transfer to another course.
For group sessions equaling two days or less, cancellations made more than or equal to four-weeks prior will be refunded at 70% of the total registration fee.
No refunds for group sessions equaling two days or less will be issued for cancellations made less than four weeks before the start of a course.
For group sessions equaling three days or more, cancellations made more than or equal to four-weeks prior will be refunded at 70% of the total registration fee.
No refunds on group sessions equaling three days or more will be issued for cancellations made less than four-weeks before the start of a course.
“It’s All About Etiquette”, reserves the right to refuse admission to any student or to dismiss any student in the event of poor behavior or unsatisfactory attendance. The balance of prorated fees paid for the remaining course will be refunded within 30 days. Poor behavior can be defined as any disruption of a class or classes as a result of the student’s behavior during the course of instruction. It is the sole discretion of the instructor, as to how many warnings the student is provided by the instructor before the student is dismissed for said behavior. It is extremely important to maintain the appropriate learning environment for the class as a whole during the entire course of the instruction.
Enroll A Sibling Or Friend Class Credit
Credit for enrolling a sibling(s) and/or friend(s) will be issued on the first day of class, after the enrollee(s) has signed in on the on-site class roster. Credit will be in the form of check/credit card.

We hope you are completely satisfied with your retail purchase. We are sorry, there will be no refunds for retail purchases. Please note that shipping, handling, customs, duties and sales tax charges are not refundable.
